Niels has spent many years working in Africa and made significant contributions to agriculture in Cameroon and Gabon from 2011 to 2019, focusing on cocoa, palm oil, coffee, and constructing advanced pig farms. His efforts improved crop yields, promoted sustainable practices, and created job opportunities, fostering sustainable development in the communities. Currently, Ladegaard is involved in diverse hospitality and building projects in Denmark. With his skills and expertise, he contributes to the successful completion of tasks, showcasing his versatility and dedication to quality work.
