Election of Chairperson and Secretary:

Camilla Ulvedal Carlsen was unanimously elected as the chairperson.

Trine Lindegaard Jensen was unanimously elected as the secretary.

Background for Establishment:

Purpose of the association: Social, artistic, craftsmanship, educational, and cultural projects.

Collaboration between Togo and Denmark with artistic and social purposes and knowledge sharing.

Association's Name:

Unanimous decision: Togo Esomé.

Association's Form:

Decision: Voluntary association or ordinary association. Registration of the association will be handled by the vice-chairperson in the following week.

Proposed Goals:

Development of new cultural and artistic projects with a social perspective.

Knowledge sharing between Danish and Togolese stakeholders.

Members:

Decision: The association is open to new members.

Membership Fee:

Decision: Annual fee of 100 DKK. Collected at the annual general meeting at the end of the first quarter each year.

Conditions for Membership:

Decision: The association is open to new members at any time.

Procedure for Amendments to Articles of Association:

Decision: Majority vote at the annual general meeting or an extraordinary general meeting.

Utilization of Any Surplus Funds Upon Dissolution:

Decision: In the event of a surplus upon dissolution, the remaining funds will be donated to our sister organization in Togo, Inana Textiles.
